Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your registration purchase without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty, within 14 days from the date of payment.
After this period has expired, it will no longer be possible to request a refund.
How to Request a Refund
You can submit your refund request directly online through our website.
- Log in to your Personal Area.
- Go to the Registrations section.
- Select the registration for which you wish to request a refund.
- Click the "Request Refund" button.
- If you wish, add any notes and confirm your request.
Once the procedure has been completed, you will immediately receive an email confirming that your request has been received.
Your request will be reviewed by our staff as soon as possible. You will be notified by email of the outcome.
Refund Procedure
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the applicant.
The refund applies exclusively to the amounts actually paid for the registration and will be processed according to the terms described above.
The refund will be processed within 14 days from the approval of the withdrawal request.
